SAN Headquarters Error

Hello, 

I am getting the following error when trying to Launch SAN Headquarters 3.02.7457

Root element is missing.

System.Xml

at System.Xml.XmlTextReaderImpl.ParseDocumentContent()
at System.Xml.XmlReader.MoveToContent()
at Microsoft.Xml.Serialization.GeneratedAssembly.XmlSerializationReaderServiceDescriptorCollection.Read4_ArrayOfServiceDescriptor()

I was wondering if anyone has encountered this before and had a solution for it?
